Jack H. Grossman, Ph.D. is a six time published book author, Executive Mentor and Professor Emeritus at DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business in Chicago.

During his thirty-plus years in academia, Grossman has enjoyed a reputation as a top-rated professor whose professional and personal demeanor reflects the principles he teaches. In 1994, he was the recipient of a "student choice" Distinguished Teaching Award given annually by the College of Commerce.

Throughout his professional career, Grossman has helped CEOs and line level managers develop the art of creating and maintaining cooperative relationships, both in their personal and professional lives. Dr. Grossman and his associates have decades of experience providing interpersonal mentoring and business analysis services across the country. Grossman resides with his wife of 45 years in Deerfield, Illinois.

J. Robert Parkinson is a member of the faculty of Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. He is also a consultant and trainer specializing in effective communications for major corporations, professional associations, and government agencies. He is the author of four previous books, and he has served as the on-air host of numerous radio and television programs. His professional activities have included extensive travel throughout the United States as well as Europe, South America, Africa, and Australia. With his wife, Eileen, he currently divides his time between homes in Glenview, Illinois, and Sarasota, Florida.

Dr. Parkinson provides a wide variety of professional services to organizations and individuals across the United States. He conducts seminars and personal coaching and counseling sessions in relationship building, management practices, and communication techniques.
